About Us

My name is Noah Griffith, and I created NBG Dry-Aging because of my passion for dry-aged steaks. There is a stigma around dry-aged steaks as being expensive when they don't have to be. My goal is to allow everyone to fall in love with dry-aged steaks the way I did.

Equipment

Dry Ager UX1500 Pro

The active UVC-ventilated-disinfection system sterilizes all of the air in the fridge every minute. Making sure to have a safe product.

Temperature Control

The precise electronic control of the DRYAGER units ensures that the temperature is constantly maintained, which can be regulated in exact 0.1 °C steps from 0 to +25 °C. 

Higher Yield

The weight loss of beef due to Dry Aging on the bone is only approx. 7-8 % after 4 weeks and approx. 12 % after 6 weeks. These values are considerably lower than in most other maturing cabinets on the market.  

Certified Quality

The DRYAGER PRO Line devices have all certifications to be used commercially. NSF included as standard.
